Una MacIntyre

I’ve always loved to dance and to move, but never believed that I was good enough to teach. Nia opened a new way for me to move and dance in a supportive and loving space, and gave me the freedom to dance from my heart.

I’d love to share the joy and magic of Nia with you. "Let you body move, your heart sing and your spirit soar."
