I certified as
a White Belt in Nia in November 2005,
which was a marvellous ‘gift’ to myself: of a promise
to
engage my creativity through the joy of movement, dance
and music. When you take a class with me this is the gift I
wish to give you – to enjoy your body as it is, to enjoy
how it feels to move every muscle, extend every bone and
open every joint to the rhythm and the pulse of music.
When I dance Nia I can feel both light and alive as well
as heavy and full of emotion. Nia is my space to be me –
beautiful, creative, alive, vital, receptive and energetic.

As part of my commitment to this extraordinary body of work, I
have become a partner in
Studio Kairos with Susan Muttitt, where I am
teaching two classes a week - one on
Mondays at 9am and one on Fridays at
5.15 pm – my start and end to the week!
