NIA invites me to come home to my body and to love what is. It offers me focus and freedom; the union of which births in me the courage to dance into being that which I dream of.

Through the principles and practice of NIA I embrace my role of both student and teacher .I strive to nurture growth in myself and others, to be an agent of positive change and to use the gift of movement to experience and express the infinite in the finite.
