Shereen Young

I have been dancing Nia since 2006 and have been teaching Nia since October 2007 and in short it has been an expedition of pure pleasure, an ever changing never-ending exploration of who I am and how incredible and wise my body is. Nia has given me the space to express my true emotions, indulge my creativity, embrace my uniqueness, enjoy freedom and realize that I am, as we all are, unlimited.

I appreciate that as a Nia teacher I too am still a student, growing and expanding every time I dance, and what would all this be without the opportunity to share it with you?
